We were a Texas sized family with 11 kids that decided to make the move from the big city of Houston to the country in central Texas, and 5 years later, we're almost empty nesters.

We live on just under three acres and love to spend our time outside in the garden our with our animals.  We love dogs and have 5 of them, plus several cats, chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys.

We love to eat well and experiment in the kitchen.   And since most of our kids are gone, I needed someone else to bake for, which leads us into our next adventure, the OsoFarm Farmstand.
